Former Leicester and England prop Dan Cole has become the recruitment and retention manager at Welford Road under new head coach – and former Tigers teammate – Geoff Parling.
Cole, 38, who retired after the Premiership final loss against Bath in June, will sit on a newly created recruitment and retention committee.
