Dragons swoop for scrum-half Niall Armstrong

Dragons have signed Irish scrum-half Niall Armstrong after his departure from Exeter at the end of last season.
The 25-year-old has trained with the Rodney Parade side throughout pre-season and replaces Dane Blacker, who has returned to Scarlets.
The Belfast-born scrum-half, who made 20 appearances for Exeter, will contest the No.9 jersey with Wales international Rhodri Williams.
Wales full-back Liam Williams is training with former club Cardiff as he bids to prove his fitness and find a club after leaving Saracens at the end of last season.
