Fly-half Tinus de Beer switches from Cardiff to Dragons

Dragons have confirmed the signing of South African fly-half Tinus de Beer from Cardiff.
The 29-year-old has had limited chances this season after Wales fly-half Callum Sheedy’s arrival from Bristol, while another Wales 10, Ioan Lloyd, is joining Cardiff from Scarlets.
Dragons head coach Filo Tiatia said: “We looked closely at how Tinus plays the game and we’re excited by the way he can add to us and his attacking nature.
“He’s a strong defender, a player who puts himself on the front line, and he brings real tactical awareness to the game.”
